For Category A critical materials​ (e.g., specific laser chips, DSPs), we typically maintain a safety stock covering 4-8 weeks​ of consumption. For common materials, we hold dynamic buffer inventory.   • Flexible Lines & Quick Changeover: We employ cell production concepts and SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) principles. For small-batch, high-mix orders, production line changeover can be completed within 2 hours, ensuring efficiency.
