Quality & Reliability
Quality underpins our craftsmanship, and reliability guarantees sustainable value for customers.
Service
At 100Glight, we have established and implemented a rigorous and transparent quality control system that runs through every stage of the product lifecycle, committed to delivering optical transceivers that are stable in performance and reliable in the long run.
Rigorous Full-Process Quality Assurance
We believe that superior quality stems from continuous attention to every detail and systematic management.
- Quality Built-in at Design Stage: From the initial R&D phase, we adhere to design-for-reliability principles and optimize solutions through design reviews. This proactive approach aims to prevent potential defects at the source, ensuring the design is both manufacturable and stable over time.
- Supply Chain & Incoming Material Control: We partner with evaluated and qualified suppliers. All incoming key components undergo strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to ensure they meet specifications, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.
- Standardized Manufacturing Process: Our production follows Standard Operating Procedures. High-precision equipment is used at critical stages (e.g., chip mounting, optical coupling). Through real-time monitoring and regular calibration, we ensure consistency and control throughout the manufacturing process.
- 100% Final Testing: Every optical transceiver must pass a complete inspection flow before shipment, including functional tests, performance parameter tests (e.g., optical power, sensitivity), and high-temperature aging tests. This ensures that only fully validated and qualified products are delivered to our customers.
Reliability Validation for Real-World Applications
Our reliability testing is designed to simulate various stress conditions that products may encounter in customer network environments, verifying their stability for long-term operation.
- Environmental Suitability Testing: Products, especially custom models for harsh environments, are required to pass a series of standard environmental reliability tests. These typically include:
- Temperature Cycling Test: To verify product performance and structural integrity under drastic temperature changes.
- Damp Heat Test: To evaluate product weather resistance and material stability under high temperature and humidity.
- Mechanical Stress Tests: Including vibration and shock tests, ensuring products can withstand mechanical stress during transportation, installation, and operation.
- Traceable Quality System: Our production and quality management processes comply with international standards. Each product carries a unique identifier, enabling traceability of key information from raw material batches to production test data. This not only facilitates rapid root cause analysis of any anomalies but also serves as the data foundation for our continuous product quality improvement.
The stable operational record of our delivered products in various global networks is the practical proof of our commitment to reliability.
